If employees spent as much time trying to do a good job, as they do bitchin about the job, they might find that the job gets done easily, and there really ain't nothin to bitch about. I,ve been doin this work long enough to know that employers do whatever they can to make GOOD employees happy.
The ones that only bitch, usally cannot be made happy, no matter what the employer does.
So, to all you unhappy employees out there...
If you are not happy with your job, you have no one to blame but yourselves, cause YOU are not doing anything to correct the problems making you unhappy.
It is easy to place blame on others, but all change starts from within.

Conventional wisdom tells me that there are probably more Bad Employees than Bad Employers out there. Those of you who bitch the most are probably the ones looking for a angle and just cant find one.
Remember, A Hard Days Pay For A Hard Days Work.Try spending more time trying to earn it rather than stealing it.
