My name is John Henze, I have approx. 14 yrs in the cable field. I have never installed cable modems, but I am very apt to pick it up quickly. I recently stepped out of a chief technician position in which I held for the last 4 yrs. for Charter Communications. I am prior Air Force of 8 years, I am 39 yrs old, and hold excellent supervisory skills, as well as follow policies and procedures which are set set forth by the persons and/or company in which I work for.
