cablewizard, I'll respond to that as I could be one who you are directing this question to. There are many companies out here who use their in-house employees as well as contract personnel. This can depend on such factors as the size of a job, specific skills required, job location and many other variables that can affect manning requirements. Hope this can help out with any confusion.
