We're Ameritech's cable TV company, Ameritech New
and we're leading the way in the future of
interactive television. We have the following
position available in our West Chicago location.

This position will develop and disseminate design
improvements for transmission equipment used in the
video network. Responsibilities will include testing
and evaluating new and enhanced transmission
equipment products. This position will also be
responsible for leading field testing initiatives
and field upgrades and project manage resolution of
issues related to transmission equipment products.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred)
or equivalent experience; knowledge of cable
television, analog and digital video technologies,
MPEG, SONET and ATM; 5+ years experience in a
product development environment; and excellent
communication, negotiation, organizational and
technical skills are required.
