It depends on what the weather is like also, like snow can play a big role in productivity. And who you work for they love to take a chunk out of the pie. A normal 2 man team can pump out 300 to 350 a week as far as pay, $10 is a fair price, but if it is only pole # you are looking for then it will be eaiser and faster if the #is on the pole anyway.
