Time out there Tim and Deb., DO NOT bring me into this pile of crap you left here. YOU DID NOT leave any tools with me. The only time we saw each other while Dave was gone was for you to get your check then at the motel when you told me to f- off you didn't work for me so where do you get off saying you gave the tools to me?
Get it straight and leave me out of your lie's.
And as for the roof thing it was approved by Cox and if you had the facts which you do not it is already in conduit on the roof. Get your facts right and leave me out of it......Dale

You can not run cable up and over a flat roof and down the other side in TORNADO ALLEY. Is your right hand man Dale going to redo the work you told him to do???? And the tools, Dale came by and said you told him to pick up the tools, We gave them to Dale. The other tools I have a receipt for them showing I paid for them!!! You are holding a retainage of $220.00 from me, I know that I'll never see that money, so what's new in the cable business. Oh yea the nursing home, you wanted me to tie strap the cable to the pipes, WHAT A PROFESSIONAL JOB!!!!! That is why I refused to do the nursing home. You also took money out of my check with out my knowledge for workers comp. I have my insurance ($1,000,000 and $2,000,000 General and Agg.) do you? I contracted work from you and was NOT AN EMPLOYEE. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT ME TO THIS CABL BAR.
