primes slow pay

as a prime, i was under the understanding that as soon as you turn in your paper work and it passes QC then you get your check. why in the somewhat recent past have the primes changed there thinking to when i get paid then you get paid. that defeets the purpose of them. then if you have a complaint or a strike they just do a deduct from you because they say that they dont want any poor reports with the local city or county people. Boy how easy is it to remember who put food on there table and puts their son in nascar these days. just wait, i heard from a pretty good source that they will be dropped before too much longer then lets see how they float...
