Every time I apply to one of these jobs using the email links provided I include my resume and references and I can say that it means absolutely nothing to most of them. Its not like I just started in this business yesterday either and it is rare that I ever even hear back from any of them by email or let alone the decency of a phone call. Since it has been brought up, I am forced to agree that most of this is a bunch of crap. Respectfully.
