I am looking for a no good bum called Jose Serra. The one who hides behind voice mail and keyboards! I have read all the claims against Serra Const. and can support all of them and can add to them if you wish.I am the one whos name was forged to a check, property stolen, and lied to point blank! I will run into him one day, God forbid. He is in Wyoming sponging off innocent people once again! Done made a call to the innocent!!!!!! Maybe will put an end to his fun, games and lies
