IT'S JUST THAT CATV POWER AND PHONE WORK ARE NOT LEARNED IN HIGH SCHOOL AND FEW POST SCHOOLS TEACH IT SO WE AS MANAGERS TAKE WHAT WE CAN GET
POINT BEING YOU DON'T HEAR MUCH FROM UPPER MANAGEMEMT HERE UNLESS THEY HAVE TO DEFEND THEMSELFS FROM THE 3RD GRADERS
