Agree a splicing category should be added....this is a specialty all its own aside from construction. It would make it easier to scan the contract or inhouse jobs this way instead of trying to scroll down and look for someone putting "splicers" somewhere in their ads. You do a great job, this is my main site for information on just about everything.
