Looking for work in Hampton Roads VA (prefer penninsula area)

I have experience installing. Have'nt worked in a few months. Looking to get back in on the action. I'm looking for an U/G posistion(laborer,cable puller, hand digs, drops or mainline)I would eventually like to move up and get my own machine and contract myself. any info would be appreciated. I'm located in Gloucester VA jobs in this area as well as hampton,newportnews,york, poqouson,williamsburg areas are within reasonable driving distance. I wish I lived closer to norfolk /va Beach because there are a load of contractors over there.
