Subs and in-house crews needed in Kansas for aerial construction

There is approx. 300 miles of fiber to put up here in Ks. along with about the same amount of coax re-build. Topeka and Manhattan immediatly thru end of year, consisting of approx. half of the total fiber re-placement. Garden city and Dodge city contains the rest and will start in the year 2000.
