Unity Gain: each amp SAME output...end of definition. any moron who says they sweep and that unity gain is an old term that does not apply to cable today, is somebody ripping off the MSO with shoddy, hacking, incorrect sweep results. it is obvious you know NOTHING about cable and would do the world a favor by getting a job sweeping up after the elephants in a traveling circus. if the system is cascaded (Cascade: amps in-line) the system has unity gain.
