Still need aerial crews in KS. strand,coax and fiber

still looking for construction crews to do strand and coax and fiber,primarily in Topeka and Manhattan. Topeka has roughly total of 40to60 miles of fiber and Manhattan has roughly the same. Will use subs or in-house personel need at least 5to8 crews to start immediately. There is work until at least 2001.
