In wiring up a twisted pair telephony tap on a new construction, can anyone tell me if there are documented instructions/regulations that state at what intervals the twisted pair is to be secured to the messenger strand ? Ex. drip loop within two feet, secure every three to five feet until drop to house. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
