CAUTION!! BEWARE OF CEDRIC TARKELLY

Cedric Tarkelly is the owner of Techinical Cable Installations, Home based out of Charlotte NC. He will not pay out on any work done for him. I drove 2,000 miles to Phoenix,AZ. He had first told me that pay was every 2 weeks out, after I worked 1 week he told me I would not get a check untill 4 weeks!!! He was scamming me, to get me to do as much work with my own equipment, that I was renting. He would not return any calls. I believe he never intented to pay me. Cedric I hope that you are reading this. This is only the start. You pay me what you owe now or it will cost you a lot more. I will make your life a living hell. You can't hide from me. I know how to find you. Smart thing would be to contact me!!!
