Concerned

This message is in reference to (Where to turn when a contractor doesn't pay) First of all, it was for retainage and the delay was waiting on Media One to finally sign off the work. The contractor can't give back retainage with out the work being approved. But for all those concerned the sub (Karl Frankenfield) did receive his money last week. Also to let you know he did not have any gigs against him, he did do a good job while he was here.
