Make sure you have the correct AGC pad first, install the AGC unit flip the switch to thermal and walk away for 1 to 4 hours. After that take a reading and write it down somewhere. Take the EQ pot and turn it all the way to 9dB then back it off a hair.If your AGC unit has a temp or gain adjustment set it all the way counterclockwise. There is a chart from SA telling you what the temp/gain adjustment is according to the outside temp, make that adjustment. Then Flick the switch to AGC and take a reading. Adjust the gain until the level you read in thermal and AGC are the same. Turn it to AGC and walk away (after you close the housing) If you have any questions call me @ 770-513-3015, Mark
