linemen and groundhands needed

we are a small company looking for 4 good lineman and groundhand crews.we supply truck,tools,and gas.We also pay hotel fees for three weeks since our pay out is 21 days out.
We have two locations going,Birmingham Al,and Slidell La.
we try to look out for our guys and we do pay on time.
Our payout is as follows (short list).strand .10,co-ax .14,
overlash .18 fiber .19 resag 15.00 per span de&re .12
