Doesn't anyone need a good Splicer/Cable Tech???

I live in NW Florida. I would like to work within 4 to 5 hrs drive from Panama City. I have 10 yrs experience. I can do it all but want to splice or QC, maybe MDU work, what do you have?? Can you provide truck, tools and good paycheck for quality work?? Im wasting my talent sitting here at home. Can someone help me here??? (-REDACTED-)
