if all those that were inferior to someone else's standards were forced out. then i would be awfull busy doing all this damn work myself. qc inspectors or evan supervisors dont have to be as good at the job as the cutters eveyone serves a purpose or they wouldnt get a job.and i really doubt if all in charge are getting blow jobs. if so then why do you work for them unless your hopping for a promotion .
