Prime Contractors

It seems as though there aren't any "prime" contractors any more. Used to be, MSO's hired a project manager for 10%. Now they hire a so called prime like Crown Fiber for, in effect, 40%, they are called the Prime contractor, but have no employees and hire any one that will work for them. (pretty good pay for a few race tickets!!!) ta ta
