Looking for a good ram-rod

Aerial Contractor looking for someone with enough experience to to run 10-15 guys(Cable/fiber/strand etc.etc.etc.)..95% of the work is to be done in KS..If need be this individual must not be afraid to get in bucket himself at times if needed. Pay will be either salary + Truck allowance or production.. we have been here for 6 yrs and this is permanent position.
