With the low quality of work out there, and non-english speaking and writing people, the small companies and workers have no power. How do you expect to make demands now that the work is not there? Now that things have slowed down the big boys have more power than ever. It is Darwinism at its best, and in a few years I hope to see only people who can write an intelligible sentence on this website. The telecom boom made bosses out of people who should still be living at home with thier parents.
