This worm is W32.Sircam.Worm@mm . To clean it, use the tool off the norton site:

Norton didn't find it on our machines. Try running their standalone tool. I had to edit the registry as described before I could clear our machines since the virus stays active.
If it finds a virus in run32.dll, replace it with a copy from another (clean) machine.
