Micheal, it seems once again you don't know the truth so you repeat rumors that you have heard. I do agree with everything you had to say about Mr. Laxton. You should have known he was out to screw you the minute you found out he attempted to hire all of FCC's people and refused to return the maps for correction unless they went to work directly for him. He never contacted anyone about mistakes or corrections until after you left his employ and wanted your money for the work you did.. funny how your work was excellent until you were out of the state or the country... But beware of several other people whom most of us with more experience have long known about, but then again, your experience isn't exactly counted in multiple years. Hang in there.. By the way, do you know where Bill Graham is, he also owes allot of money to several of us. The attorney is looking for him now..

It's never his fault,(he'll tell you) it always something like.....we were working under an expired P.O.,then next week it's the P.O. was approved but the person who cuts the checks is out on vacation,then it's "you guys had a map listed twice on an invoice(like they can't look at the maps to see that it was A,B,C and D and not A,B,C,and C), then 1 time it was ,"one of the maps is missing"(six weeks after the map was passed in for invoice)......meanwhile your still handing in production....then the job is complete and he sends us too a new location,to join another job already in progress,for another contractor.Now five weeks later and still no check !!

By the way, Tony himself was kicked off that job because his own personal maps were so bad they could'nt pass..(his people were allowed to stay).....So we're being told that all the monies that we are owed($16,795.00) are being forfieted to pay for having to have maps re-done,without EVER showing us that the maps in question were ours.. (or letting us do our own clean-up if any) Keep in mind we've been working for this guy now for 6 months and 3 locals....you'de think that if our work is so bad, he would,nt want us still working for him..Right..??? No ,this guy has the nerve to tell us that he would put us back to work as soon as he had some !!! Does that sound like we do bad work???? Anyway, this letter is much longer than I intended already, so I'll sumerize...LEE if your reading this,know that we're not done with this issue and that I WILL PURSUE YOU until you do the right thing...Either show us that the work was really as bad as you say it was(and that it was even our work) or pony up the dough that you owe us($ 16,795 + $900 for the phone bill)...At least Tony F. pays his debts (never on time ,but eventually). Lee ,do yourself a favor and do the right thing,before this has to go to litigation !!!!Because you will not win this...Anyway, all you cable dogs consider yourselves warned !!!!!
