I would caution you in this attitude, in that, were you to turn someone of advanced years down and he was privy to your ad, you would be screwed to the federal post. As for "Wannabee's" who the hell wants to be a broke mapper? So we have no rookies, no old folks, no training, and no money. Well sport...that pretty much leaves drunks and liars. Call me crazy, but I dont think you thought this one through.
