Re:Anyone Ever Got A Job And Had to Leave The Same Day

Lemme clarify what I meant;
I've driven hundreds of miles to a job only to find out that all kind of things changed between the time I spoke to the manager and the time I got there..ie: prices,the running conditions just to mention a couple. I don't mind taking the good with the bad,just don't tell me it's all flat out road-side when in reality it's totally different...Don't tell me the prices are $0.XX when ther're not..If one thing turns out to be a lie, what else will?? It's happened a few times over the years..Unfortunatly,some folks will do whatever they have to just to get a few hooks to show up on the job...
It's one of the prices of being in this business.
I still wouldn't do anything else !

>As for ourself we never had a job that we had to leave on the same day, but we have had linemane and mappers drive hundreds of miles to start work look where the work was leave and never say anything about them leaving. This all goes with being in this business.
