Where's the west coast splicing?

Okay, this is getting really sad. Our industry is taking a beating due to some shady operators and a bunch of green monkeys. I'm looking for a reputable company with some reasonably stable splicing work on the West coast. Highly experienced with references, no hackers tolerated. I can sub in California or Washington. Anybody out there???
