Media One in Jacksonville has hired spies to take pictures and report violations. Some of these trucks are unmarked. Chicken s@*t if you ask me. Whats wrong with using regular inhouse trucks and reasonable inspections. Spies are looking for saftey, quality , and amount of work done.
