To any FIber optic fusion splicers

I'm trying to upgrade my old manual equipment.
on your opinion, what are the best fusion splicing machine, cleaver,otdr, etc. ( any tools used for catv fusion splicing)
I'm looking on objective opinions taking into consideration production speed/quality, and price of equipment as well as reliability and service from manufacturer. any and all sugestions will be greatly appreciated.

Also where or who has these for sale, if you have that info handy. :-)
