professional splicer/tech looking for trustworthy home

I have 4 years experience in splicing trunk and feeder, nodes, troubleshooting and activation of forward and reverse. I am a dependable worker and im looking for a no games company that will treat me well. I have also ran a crew of 10 splicers for former statewide catv.
