Sounds like a real Loser! I've also helped plenty of those types of cable cowboys and recieved the same thanks. Guys like Chris will never become real pros in this field. remember this...As big as the cable industry may seem to be...it is relativley small..THE WORD GETS AROUND QUICKLY!!
