any suggestions on installing screw anchors in chunk rock conditions..?

Any suggestions would be appreciated....Installing screw anchors in chunk rock. Customer refuses to try a different type anchor. Chunk rock about the size of a baseball wedging between cutting blades on anchor. Have tried adjusting anchor by opening gap, sledge hammer after they stop, and trying several different locations. The soil is pretty consistent with chunks of rock. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
