What are you paying for splicing and what are you supplying?

I had heard from several that are in Arkansas that there are about 25 splicers just sittin' around, waiting on work. In the Ft. Smith and Fayetville area.

What area are you in? I am familiar with Arkansas, in fact have family there and used to work the area, so let me know what you have, where it is and what you are paying.
