Check the ground on the actuator valve,remove the cover plate on the actuator valve assembly,that is the square box that covers the actuators,the little cylinders where your manual push buttons are,find the wire,at the basket,that controls your problem,find it at the actuators,unplug it ,swap it out with one of the up down or in and out wires,Sorry man,I ain't writing all this mess,call me if you need help."WHITFIELD"
