The only thing that scares me is I have done some work for the phone companies most of wich are unions. Ive sub'd for them doing I+R work drop buries and const and you can still get screwed. The one thing I have noticed is the prices are better. I dont have any real answers just thought I would stick my two cents in. I think if we wanted we could organize w/out an actual union. I think If we could get together and stand our ground on some issues the big shits would start listening. theres plenty of people in this biz who have the organizational skills to do some good, Lets get the ball rolling right here.
