You may want to try a company called Crimson Investment and Trading Co. out of Newton Mass. When I used to own my contracting company I would cut a invoice in the morning and as long as the super for the job could verify that you did that work and it would be that amount I could have 70% of the gross invoice in my checking account that night. He even did it when I wasn't prime. You need to talk to the guy that owns it his name is Richard Chang. Sorry I don't have his phone number but he is in the paper all the time and I'm sure he is in the book. Pending on what your credit is that is how he can determine how much he can give you. See Ya
