DESPERATELY WANT TO MOVE BACK ON THE EAST COAST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am currently working as a Maint Tech for top MSO. I have 5 years in cable as a Maint Tech. I want to move back on the East Coast. I am interested in either going to a well established contracting company or an MSO.
Ive completed the following:
----NCTI Master Technician (completed NCTI Fiber-Advance- Service-installer-Installer Tech-System)
---SCTE (Cat IV Distribution) working on video audio
---Seiccor Week long Fiber splicing course in hickory NC
---Ncti Supervision Course (currently working on)
