Go to a lawyer and he tells you that it has to be filled in the town that the contract was signed in, and you get there and the judge tells you that he does not believe that it is in his jurisdiction. You end up with more money wasted on lawyers and court fees, and still get nothing done.
Has anyone ever took down what they put up? Left it on the ground or take it to the yard? I have so upset that I have almost done that.
By the way Fiber Fly, I don't think the two or three hundred that you owe is worth the pissing match. So forget it. It would have been nice to have had the sat down meeting in Austin to have had a better working idea on what you wanted in Houston. Back to the lawsuit idea, I wished it would work, but don't believe you can get anywhere with it.
