Underground Splicers needed for the Jacksonville Fl. Area..If you always wanted to know how to splice and balance, but were afraid to ask...you came to the right place...All we ask is that you are willing to give it 100%, we do insist on high work ethics, the thirst for knowledge, quality craftsmanship and the burning desire to succeed. You don't need a bucket truck,(just a pick-up, or van.) If you don't have tools we can help. Our top splicers are also taught how to Sweep!
