My gosh,you sound innocent.Is'nt it possible that there are people out there that are not good/fair people.That maybe just maybe,contractors are doing good work and being lied to about mistakes.You never know unless you see the maps or work in question???So don't be so quick to jump in the wrong direction!!cbleguy77 P.S.
