IMHO CrimShield background checks are nothing but a scam that Spectrum fell into.  I had a long talk some years back with one of the principals of CrimShield.  I quizzed him how their methodology.  He did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that they do as though of a job as they say.  Especially for the fee they charge.  I also was not impressed with their internal data security at the time either.  

I have been in this business so long, rocks were soft when I started.
