I'm curious about what everybody's recent thoughts and experiences have been in the industry over the last year or so. When I look at the the new job postings on here I see more and more ads for full-time positions than the contract gigs we've always looked for here. I feel like there's been a shift in the industry to more of an "in-house" sort of the job than independent contractor positions or something like a hybrid of the two. Again maybe just my experience as of late. I think the guys that are getting the contracts and the work have some in-house employees they give the bulk of the work to and bring in contractors to meet deadlines. Thoughts???
