Ask your congressman if your have to pay taxes…look at the irs instructions.
Paying taxes on your income is voluntary. Income from your business(?) yes pay taxes; but your own earnings do not need to be taxed…if you choose not to file then they cannot hold you to their rules…if you choose to sign their documents and submit your information then you have voluntarily entered into a contract with the irs.
You can file a W8- BEN in place of a W4 and this form then let s the irs and your employers know that you will not be sharing your financial information.
Your income is how you pay for your Life, Liberty & Property/Happiness. The 14th A says Life, Liberty & Property shall not be infringed. If you let them tax your income, you are allowing them to infringe upon your rights!
If you choose to remove yourself from their system you are not committing fraud you have chosen to not be brainwashed and hoodwinked any longer by the corruption; in being forced into subservience.
This is America and you have the right to choose what you do with your freedom! If you want to contract with them do so.
