I heard he left cable then, and opened a restaurant around Abingdon Va.
He set up in OSHAs yard , went up in his bucket, with no harness . Looked down and the inspector getting his tag number etc. Then Dave asked " what are you doing?" The inspector told him he "was writing him a ticket, for not wearing a harness". . Dave's response " it's my truck and I am the one using it". Inspector closed his book and went back inside. NO TICKET was issued.
