Looking for a lead splicer(working supervisor) in Houston, TX area. Must be technically competant and have good references. Need truck, tools & insurance. By our contract applicants must be drug free. Pay starts @ $.22ft (negotiable from there) plus percentage of profit. I already have a crew of six that is splicing from 3000 to 6000 ft per day. We do aerial and underground, currently we are splicing in the rural areas around Harris/ Galveston counties. Prefer someone who lives in the area already. Thanks for your time dawgs.
