I'm working on a prevailing wage contract UG. The price per ft is not bad. I hired workers with papers and trained them all US citizens or legal residents. My payroll per employee per 8 hours is about $500 with employee contribution. I spent a lot of time placing ads and training employees, but alongside is another sub that is using illegals and getting the bulk of the work because they put a lot more footage as we all know why. The project manager turns a blind eye and leave me no choice but to blow the wistle and report them. I warned the project manager multiple times that this is wrong
