AT&T has already opened back up in Fayette County, their doing the splicing now. All the work has gone to Fishel Comm they have D&H subbing all the splicing and I was told that the sweep is going to Comtrac and GTS don,t quote me on this, it,s second hand info from a inhouse cert. supervisor. Hope this helps.....
